We want to make sure you have all the information you need about getting your Ultima Pharmaceuticals order. Here's a general idea of how long shipping typically takes:

Domestic Shipping (Within the USA)

Good news for our US-based customers! If you choose domestic shipping, you can usually expect your order to arrive within 3-4 business days after it's been processed and shipped. We aim for speedy delivery right to your doorstep!

International Shipping (Outside the USA)

For our awesome international customers, delivery times can vary quite a bit depending on where you are in the world and your local customs processes. Generally, please allow approximately 15-30 business days for your international order to arrive after it ships.

Important Shipping Exclusions:

Just a heads-up, we currently do not ship to China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

What Happens if Things Get a Little Bumpy? (Reshipping Policy)

We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, things can go a little sideways during shipping. If your order happens to get stuck in customs, lost in the mail, or held up at a postal facility, don't worry – we've generally got your back with reshipment.

We'll gladly reship your order if it's confirmed as stuck or lost. However, there are a few specific countries where safe shipping is less predictable. For these locations, we can only send an order with your prior agreement to accept all risks. Unfortunately, for the following countries, we do not offer reshipments:

• EU
• Australia
• Canada
• Cambodia

Please be aware of this before ordering. In some exceptional situations of repeated loss, we might consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
